Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and the following countries:

  • Asia: Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, United Arab Emirates

How long does shipping take?

Canadian Orders: 2–10 business days

U.S. Orders: 4–10 business days

European Orders: 10–15 business days

Please note that shipping times may vary during holidays or due to unforeseen delays.

How much is shipping?

Shipping rates are as follows:

  • Canada: $10.50
  • US: $6.00
  • International: Shipping rates vary based on your address. Please enter your address at checkout to see the estimated shipping cost.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

How long is processing time?

Our processing time is typically 1-4 business days. If you need your order urgently for a special event, please reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to prioritize and ship it out faster.

What should I do if my order is delayed?

Will I have to pay customs or duties?

Orders shipped within the US and Canada will not be charged customs or duties.

However, international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective.

What should I do if my item is damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll resolve it for you.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once they’ve been processed. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.

How can I care for my accessories?

To keep your accessories in great condition, avoid exposing them to water, perfume, or harsh chemicals. Store them in a dry place when not in use.

Do you take custom orders?

At this time, we do not offer custom orders, but we’re always open to feedback and suggestions for new products!
